Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role Overview  
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, researching ideal buyers, and booking qualified meetings for our clients in the SaaS, tech, and consulting industries. You will run structured outreach sequences, identify warm signals, and maintain clean CRM notes.

Key Responsibilities  
• Build targeted lead lists based on defined ICP criteria  
• Run multi channel outreach through email and LinkedIn  
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls  
• Maintain CRM hygiene and detailed notes  
• Track daily performance metrics and optimize workflows  

Requirements  
• Strong written English  
• Comfortable sending cold messages  
• Good communication skills  
• Experience in sales or outreach is an advantage
