Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview
This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and optimizing automation workflows across Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and outbound platforms. You will support the sales and operations teams by ensuring all data moves cleanly and all processes run automatically.
Key Responsibilities
• Build automation workflows to connect CRM, outreach tools, and reporting
• Maintain Make, Zapier, and n8n scenarios
• Create internal dashboards and activity tracking systems
• Troubleshoot workflow errors and optimize for speed and reliability
• Document every process clearly for the team
Requirements
• Basic experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n)
• Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Able to follow SOPs and document processes
• Bonus: experience with Google Sheets, APIs, or Webhooks
