Client Success Coordinator

Role Overview  
This role supports the Client Success team in managing communication, onboarding, reporting, and weekly follow-ups with Avaeto’s B2B clients. You will help ensure clients receive consistent updates and a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities  
• Assist with client onboarding and documentation  
• Prepare weekly client updates and performance reports  
• Track meeting outcomes and follow-up actions  
• Maintain clean notes inside CRM and internal systems  
• Support client managers with communication and scheduling  

Requirements  
• Strong written and verbal communication  
• Organized and reliable with follow-ups  
• Ability to manage multiple clients at once  
• Bonus: experience with sales operations or client success
